What makes this course different

This isn’t fitness.
This isn’t pressure.
This isn’t “bounce back” culture.

It’s gentle,

safe,

mother‑centred yoga...

to help you tune in,

then build up.

You don't need to be an experienced yogini,

you don't need to have a certain body type or fitness level,

and you don't need to do it all perfectly every time.

You just need to show up.

Exactly as you are.

About your yoga teacher

This course was designed by a 350‑hour trained yoga teacher and veterinarian with specialised pre‑ and post‑natal qualifications, and a deep understanding of the emotional and physical changes of matrescence.

As a mother of four, Emma brings a grounded, real‑world insight into the many ways motherhood can shape the body and mind. Her experiences — across both the joyful and challenging seasons — inform a teaching style centred on safety, regulation, and gentle support.

This lived wisdom, combined with her background in anatomy, physiology, and perinatal wellbeing, allows her to offer practices that feel nurturing, accessible, and calming for every stage of motherhood — from TTC through pregnancy, into postnatal recovery and beyond.

Her work is grounded in steadiness, breath, and finding the right balance of physical and emotional support - exactly what mothers need.

Here's what other Mamas are saying:

"It made me feel much more confident about which movements are safe in my pregnancy - and had me learning things I could use in postpartum recovery too. The [online] sessions felt calm and supportive...a physical and mental reset in my day.” Grace - Brisbane, Qld

"I was concerned that starting yoga in my 3rd trimester would only exacerbate the pain I had. But, instead, the yoga exercises did the opposite! They strengthened my core and pelvic floor muscles providing more stability to my pelvis, resulting in reduced SPD and sciatic pain." Vanessa - Alstonville, NSW
